For social content created and managed through CreatifyHQ, our customers act as the data controller. CreatifyHQ acts as a data processor that stores and processes content strictly to provide the service.
User Rights
- Access: users can request a copy of their data stored in CreatifyHQ.
- Rectification: users may update or correct their account information.
- Deletion: users can delete their account, which deletes associated data from our systems.

Sub‑processors
